Customer Service Representative

General Description:

Clickstop, Inc. is looking for a bright, friendly, creative and ambitious individual to join our fast-growing e-commerce company. In this position you will be responsible for consistently delivering high-quality service to our growing customer base. The ideal candidate will embrace a fast-paced, changing environment and will be able to process information and multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Individuals that are motivated, successful, and possess the right attitude will have the opportunity to grow with the company in responsibility and compensation.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions from inbound customer phone calls and guiding them to the appropriate  products.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Packaging small orders for shipment.
  • Handling customer returns.
  • Assisting with various projects as assigned.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years prior customer service experience.
  • Friendly phone demeanor.
  • Desire to help people.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to think creatively and work independently.
 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Desire to learn other aspects of the business.
