Jami Gordon – Marketing Research Assistant
With over 8 years of experience in client relations, Jami Gordon currently serves as the Marketing Research Assistant for the Entrepreneurial Development Center. Her focus is to manage relationships with EDC’s clients, assist with marketing research projects and maintain all client resources and databases.
Most recently, Jami served as the Administrator of the Business Development Department at AEGON, one of the world’s largest life insurance and pension companies. She worked hand-in-hand managing strategic relationships for new distribution opportunities and maintaining client records. During her tenure she was involved in marketing research, event planning, direct marketing, project management and brand marketing.
Prior to her employment at AEGON, Jami worked at McLeodUSA in the Customer Service, Technical Response and Order Management Departments. During her tenure she assisted customers with issues such as billing inquiries, repairs and service changes.
Jami holds a BBS in Marketing from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
